TavoloNow is a restaurant reservation platform that connects diners with restaurants. By using TavoloNow you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
A reservation is an arrangement between you and the restaurant. The restaurant sets its own seating, cancellation and no show policies, which apply to your booking.
Please cancel in good time if your plans change, so the table can be offered to other guests.
Restaurants subscribe to list and manage their tables. Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period.
Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it.
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to disrupt the platform, and no fraudulent or abusive bookings.
We work to keep TavoloNow available and accurate, but we provide the service on an as is basis. We are not responsible for the food, service or experience provided by a restaurant.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.
