This policy explains what personal data TavoloNow collects, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Account details such as your name and email address; reservation details such as date, party size and any notes you add; and basic usage data needed to run the service.
To create and manage your reservations, send confirmations and updates, operate restaurant accounts and billing, and keep the platform secure.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, with your consent where it applies, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.
The restaurant you book with receives the details needed to honour your reservation. We use trusted processors to run the service, including Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for restaurant payments, and an email provider for confirmations. We do not sell your data.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@tavolonow.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use appropriate measures to protect it.
